I recently had the unfortunate experience of using PAK CARGO for my shipping needs, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with their services. First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. When I tried to reach out for assistance regarding the status of my cargo, I was met with unhelpful and rude representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. It felt like they couldn't care less about their customers once they had our money. The delivery time was another major issue. PAK CARGO promised a timely delivery, but my cargo was delayed not just by days, but weeks! This caused significant inconvenience and stress, especially since I was relying on the timely arrival of my shipment for personal and professional reasons. When my cargo finally arrived, it was in appalling condition. The packaging was damaged, and some items inside were broken. It was evident that there was a lack of care and attention during the handling and transportation process. It's disheartening to see a company neglect the very essence of its service to deliver items intact and in the same condition as they were sent. Furthermore, the lack of transparency in their tracking system added to the frustration. The information provided was vague and often outdated, leaving me in the dark about the whereabouts of my cargo. It's 2024, and there's no excuse for such a lackluster tracking system in the logistics industry. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering PAK CARGO for their shipping needs to look elsewhere. The combination of terrible customer service, extensive delays, and damaged cargo make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable and customer-oriented cargo service.

Hi. My name is Zubair. I am writing this review to tell and advise future customers to never trust Pak Cargo services. The reason is 1st:- They send your parcel very late like where you sent your parcel they will receive after 2 months not even within 2 months. 2nd:- They steal your stuff. Always deliver missing products. 3rd:- Once you start claiming they no longer help u. Not a 3rd class service I'd say 10th-grade service as they are charging full money from you even if you send less than 20kgs still charge you the full 20kgs amount and the parcels baddest and worst experience ever with Pak Cargo. Also, I am not only the one who suffered this loss even others as well. Never trust this company again. I will never recommend Pak Cargo to anybody. I am putting pictures of my missing (expensive) products for proof.

He took 4 boxes from my home October 5/2023 for Karachi I gave him cash 300$ he gave me slip No 589 Pak express cargo . After three month passes he did not replying my call message no picking call even not delivered my Goods family waiting every day . I need my expensive goods answer . Hi every one Pak cargo service is *** , they are thief Please do not use there service I have horrible experience with there service I paid £1500.00 for the fright and half the stock was stolen when it’s arrived Pakistan my home They are very rude to talk about your complaint Please do not use there service They need to close there office where he has got two women sitting and attend calls

Abit stupid to write this, as this company is so *** it doesn’t even respond to these reviews. arranged cargo to Pakistan in Feb 2018 and was expecting inf for it to be delivered March. However they failed to deliver on time. I had 6 items and only 5 reached the recipient. However whenever I called this number to find out where the 6th parcel was they kept telling me they will chase it up by calling Pak. However it’s now going on to August. These people never call you back, they never have an answer whenever you call them, they never take ownership as to who is dealing with the issue. The ladies on the phone speak so loud, so when your trying to get your point across and speak louder, they think your being rude. Long story short, they have officially lost the bag and offered me £50 compensation. They advised “we are not responsible for your goods” well who the *** is then? If your the company taking money to send the parcels. I would never recommend anyone to use this company, they are rude, ignorant and definitely need upskilling on customer service and need to review their contract as they are fully responsible for the loss of my parcels. Have been reported to trading standards, so hopefully their company won’t continue fobbing people off InshaAllah. Disappointing as they bring religion into the whole conversation, but only lie and cheat you out.

I did give them my cargo They are thief Please please do not use there service They have stollen most of the things I send home was stolen They are bloody thief You pay them money for the frieght and they and they steel most of the things you send through them For God sake Do not use there service If you want to talk to me in details about them ask Me my phone no please

I used this company first time. My sister was getting married and I send some stuff to Pakistan. When they reach their ten kg stuff were missing, they stolen all the expensive hand bags and jewellery. When we asked them first they were denying but we had the proof, the receipt they gave in Pakistan. After long argument they were agree to pay just £150,the missing stuff were over £700. They insist that they have written on there agreement they only pay £150. In my opinion they steal people's expensive stuff and when they confront them they just give them £150.l advise everyone never use this company.

Ordered some stuff via pak cargo service upon delivery we found that some valuable items were missing Upon contacting pak cargo we were told that they are no longer responsible for any loss . Such poor customer service and staff is rude as well . Planning to sue them to teach them a lesson.

We used this so called company first time to send parcel to Pakistan.they charged us 1.50@***g rather than agreed price of 1.25£.as agreed over phone.the tactic used was after loading and sealing items on van they asked for 1.50@***g. I paid it and called their office the lady agreed that it was her mistake and will refund me the excess amount. Next day when I chase the matter they plainly refuse and said their rate is 1.50£ kg outside london which is lie as my friend send parcel at their advertise rate from same location same week.the manager who seriously needs learn some etiquette s to speak to their clients misbehave and said im not sending yr parcel come and pick it from london in 6 days otherwise I will dispose it off. This is a fraudater sitting and conning people of their money. I will be reporting them to trading standards very soon and make sure they dont rob people anymore. DoNT use this rubbish

I HIRED THS COMPANY TO SHI MY STUFF FROM LONDON TO PAKISTAN, WHEN IT REACHED ME FINALLY, THE SUITACASES WERE TORN AND MY STUFF STOLEN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AS OUR TRANSACTION IS FINISHED. REALLY RUDE REPRESENTATIVES AND FRAUDSTERS! THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT IT TAKES 4-6 WEEKS BUT IT TAKES MUCH LONGER. YOU WILL BE LUCKY IF YOUR STUFF SND GOODS ARRIVE IN ONE PIECE. THEY WILL NEVER UPDATE YOU OR ADVISE YOU ON WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS AND IF SOMETHING IS STOLEN THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY DAMAGES AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE!
